Sgraffito Bowls

These bowls were created in a rich dark brown stoneware. The design was created using the sgraffito technique. White slip was brushed onto the pots and the design was carved into the pieces revealing the brown clay. I then added the yellow color and a coat of satin glaze. Sizes range from 3 1/2" tall to 4 1/2"
